• Eligible Returns: You can return items of standard size and design (bucket hats, flower accessories) within 5 days of delivery. Just make sure they’re still in their original condition. Refunds will not be issued if items are not in their original condition.

• Non-Eligible Items: Now, for our other crochet goodies, we can’t accept returns because they’re uniquely made just for you with your measurements and/or customizations. Each piece is as special as you are, right? This indcludes, bikinis, customized bags, and clothing items.

• Return Process: If you need to return an eligible item, just reach out to us at soraineleonard@hotmail.com, and we’ll help you out with the next steps.

• Order Your Crochet Pieces: Just browse our fabulous collection and pick out the crochet goodies you wanna take home!

• Provide Hotel Details: When you place your order, make sure to drop your hotel’s name and address in the "Add Note" section, so we know where to bring the magic!

• Schedule Your Delivery: Choose a date and time from the dropdown list at checkout. Just a little heads up—please take into consideration that we need about 2 to 3 business days to whip up small to medium orders and 5 to 7 days for larger ones. So, if you order on a Monday, your small to medium treasures will arrive on Wednesday or Thursday, while the big ones will be delivered on Saturday or the following Monday.

• Cash Payment on Delivery: Get your cash ready, ‘cause our delivery crew will need it when they bring your pieces right to you! If you need change, just let us know!
